Description
A one-part, transparent liquid primer/adhesion promoter designed for use with 3M polyurethane protective tapes and boots and other acrylic-adhesive products to boost initial adhesion in demanding situations. It promotes faster initial adhesion to surfaces such as polyurethane paint, epoxy primers and epoxy composites; it is applied, allowed to dry, then the tape is applied to the promoted surface.
